Refunds
Please verify your order and shipping details before purchasing as products are unique and produced to order, therefore, they are non-refundable.
Replacements
If your product is faulty or if you received a different item than ordered then it is eligible for replacement. Please send details of the issue and a photo of the product to samantha@happyfunsasssy.com.
